TEAM TRACKERS is an international customer service shared centre belonging to Air France Group. We are providing assistance
line in the field of luggage claims, loyalty programmes, booking of flight tickets and other customer services to airline
and hotel chain clients.
Currently we are looking for new colleagues for the position:
Customer Support in Airline Business - DANISH SPEAKERS

What are you going to do?
• Provide full support to our customers - world-known airlines and their clients
• Phone communication with passengers in the area of luggage claims – incoming & outgoing calls - and providing them with
information related to this field
• Claims intake, claims processing and claims management
• Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures
• Calculation of compensation files and authorization of payments
• Working with special airline applications

• Excellent knowledge of Danish language
• Communicative level of English language
